all the rhyme duties on every track, he also produced and mixed it all himself. The
soulful hard hitting album features Blu, The Grouch, Exile and more. With his
passion, drive and love for the music, it’s safe to say, Mr Brady is here to stay!

Curtiss King for LabLifePro from LabLifePro on Vimeo.
In a time many have coined the ‘iPod era’, where the palettes of the average music listener are flavored with an array of hybrid genres of Hip Hop, artist & producer Curtiss King has emerged as a gumbo pot serving of the era. Mix together a teaspoon of boom bap, a table spoon of trap, a healthy portion of soul, a cup of passion, and an additional serving of self aware and at time whimsical humor and you have one of the most charismatic and talented artist/producers the west coast has to deliver. Raised by his pianist mother, Curtiss learned very early the importance of music and the performing arts. Experiencing a childhood where his mother would play everything from WHAM!, Anita Baker, and Digable Planets in their household, it was only natural Curtiss would one day make a name for himself in the music industry by consistently going against the grain as a rapper and producer. Growing up a very shy young man, particularly when attending Curtiss Middle school, he found ways to conquer his insecurities by getting lost in 90s sitcoms and writing poetry, hence the name: Curtiss KING. Inspired by the likes of Outkast, Sade, 2pac, Kanye West, Cameo, Zapp and Roger, Earth Wind and Fire, Jill Scott, and Erykah Badu, he has had anything but your typical journey in music. Through his unique production style and songwriting Curtiss has had the opportunity to work with a variety of artists including TDE’s Ab-Soul & Kendrick Lamar, Glasses Malone, Strange Music’s MURS, super producer Hit-Boy, Rhymesayer’s PROF, and many more. In 2012 after a 97 day Internet based campaign, Curtiss was invited to perform at the Paid Dues Festival in San Bernardino. Shortly after, Curtiss King was invited to tour with Murs, Fashawn, & Prof on the Road To Paid Dues Tour. Originally from Carson and now residing in the Inland Empire, Curtiss King embodies the feel good essence of the 90s presented with a refreshingly raw and inspiring contemporary edge. Rapping since the age of 17 and producing since 18, he found out very early that without the proper funds and support he would have to be a jack of all trades to get his goals accomplished in the music industry. With the assistance of the internet and a marketing degree, Curtiss King taught himself how to produce, engineer, become a songwriter, video edit, graphic design, as well as script his own websites and build his own brand from the ground up.

Glasses Malone for LabLifePro from LabLifePro on Vimeo.
Glasses Malone or G. Malone for short, (born in 1979) is a West Coast rapper and known Crip from the Watts District of Los Angeles, California. Traditionally associated with The Black Wall Street Records despite the fact that most the artist on the record label were Bloods, Malone signed with Sony Records for 1.7 million dollars in 2005[1], turning down offers from many labels like Def Jam Records[1], Interscope Records, J Records, Black Wall Street Records and Atlantic Records. Glasses Malone was found by the same record executive that found The Game. Along with his signing, he was also given his own imprint, Blu Division. His decision to leave The Black Wall Street hasn’t affected his relationship negatively with The Game. The Game had a few words to say about Glasses “using his label” on “120 Bars”, but both sides are on good terms and have even performed together on stage. G. Malone lit the underground on fire in 2005 with his mixtape White Lighting (Sticks), which sold over 30,000 copies. Earlier, he released The Crack Mixtape. Glasses Malone can be seen in the music video for Tha Dogg Pound’s single “Cali Iz Active’. He also appeared on the soundtrack to Madden 2007 with a song called “Right Now” which was produced by Scott Storch. On August 4, 2006 Glasses Malone appeared on MTV’s You Hear It First. Malone’s first album, The Beach Cruiser, was originally scheduled to come out on February 20, 2007. However, due to a change in record labels, Malone signed a new deal with Cash Money Records and Hoo-Bangin’ Records and his album release scheduled tentatively for summer 2007. In June, he plans on releasing an EP called The Sermon. In fall 2007, he will release an album with Mistah F.A.B. called The Sideshow.

Nick V for LabLifePro from LabLifePro on Vimeo.
Hailing from Bakersfield, California, Nick Vidal turned His love of music into a profession in radio. He began his radio career as weekend talent on 1350 AM, a small local station, where He and Eric his partner, hustled to maintain their show by selling advertising to businesses door to door. After proving they had a natural gift for DJ’ing, Bakersfield’s KKXX FM took notice and the two landed a weekend slot earning them their first FM position. Although the two enjoyed a tremendous run in Bakersfield, they knew they had only scratched the surface of their success. The Baka Boyz first made their mark in Los Angeles radio in 1992 at Power 106 with their creation of “Friday Nite Flavas”. This signature specialty Was a mecca for young starving hip hop artists, it quickly propelled the brothers to the prestigious morning show position.Their raw talent and passion for originality gave birth not only to live mixing in Los Angeles, but to the inception of “The World Famous Roll Call”. After dominating the ratings in afternoons and the coveted morning show slot at Power for seven years, the duo headed to rival Los Angeles radio station KKBT, The Beat, where they enjoyed continued success hosting afternoons. Feeling the need to expand, The Baka Boyz set their sights north to wake up listeners every morning at KMEL San Francisco. Once again, they controlled the air waves by becoming the #1 morning show in the bay area. Proving that their act is truly a national phenomena, they headed East and they enjoyed success as morning show hosts of Clear Channel’s WMIB in Miami. In 2001, they teamed up with Superadio and Gary Bernstein to create their nationally syndicated “Hip Hop Master Mix”, which now broadcasts on over ninety stations from coast to coast. The Baka Boyz audience now tops over 2.5 million listeners weekly, well establishing themselves as hip hop radio gurus and the owners of the most successful mix show in contemporary music radio history. Because they are the architects of the new sound of broadcasting, many have attempted to duplicate the blueprint they have created. Yet, no other mix show has even come close. Eric and Nick were trained by Rick Cummings and other legendary programmers to play the hits along with new music that is on the way to becoming national hits, and surround it all with just the right amount of talk, info, and spectacular production. And that’s part of the story of what makes the Baka Boyz Hip Hop Mastermix number one on over one-third of their affiliates ( 31 at last count! ) . Indeed, Eric & Nick’s sharp eye for talent has opened the doors for many to pass through and their dedication to producing a quality show has allowed them to continue to break down barriers in radio. From producing West Coast hip hop classics like “Pistol Grip Pump” to working with artists like Yo Yo and House of Pain, to Remixing alternative group, The Offspring And John Legend, The Baka Boyz continue to prove their talent isn’t limited to radio alone.
